Birtley Mews is a unique development of eight, two-bedroom apartments which are situated in a peaceful courtyard setting behind Birtley House. These spacious apartments provide all the advantages of an independent lifestyle for those who are not yet requiring care but who would value relief from daily concerns such as household maintenance, utility bills, laundry and food shopping.

Therefore, we require someone who is organised, efficient, and proactive who embodies our core values of Kindness, Integrity, Positivity and Adaptability. In addition to our company core values of Kindness, Integrity, Positivity and Adaptability, we expect Wardens to show empathy and patience and have excellent communication skills. Wardens should advocate for the safety and dignity of Mews residents at all times and ensure that the privacy of our residents is respected and that their wellbeing is promoted.
