A team from the Royal Surrey County Hospital Allergen Immunotherapy Clinic visited the Guildford Beekeepers’ teaching apiary here at Birtley on Saturday to get to know the bees better.

After an informative talk, it was into protective suits and up to the hives to take a closer look at these fascinating creatures.
