Prices and availability for the Mews

Cost

A ‘Licence to occupy’ a Mews flat costs from £395,000. This amount is refundable to the licence holder or their estate once it is sold on to the next occupant. In addition to this, the monthly support package costs £3250 and includes all listed below. Upon purchase and completion, the flats have the added advantage of 0% Stamp Duty.

Monthly Support Package

The support package costs £3,250.00 per month* and includes:

- Daily warden support;
- Daily cooked lunch and evening home-made soup and sandwiches
- Laundry & ironing
- Cleaning twice a week
- All utility bills (except Council Tax & TV License)
- Use of the in-house maintenance team
- 24-hr security & emergency call facilities to our own staff

For couples considering the Mews, savings can be made on the monthly support package.

Full terms and conditions for our West Wing Apartments and Mews flats are available upon request.

Mews fees for this support package are paid quarterly in advance monthly. Any sundries eg. newspapers are billed monthly in arrears.

We currently have Birtley Mews apartments available. Please note, however, we do keep a waiting list for those who would like to be kept informed of availability when we are fully occupied.
